Here are the essential details for your travel arrangements:
Pickup Windows:
Wednesday, July 31st: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Thursday, August 1st to Saturday, August 3rd: 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM
**Please Note: Limited pickup times are available, so plan your travel accordingly.
Please email your itinerary to transportation@apostolicfaithse.org (pictures are not accepted).
To facilitate a seamless experience, kindly provide the following details:
- Transaction ID
- Number of passengers
- Names of passengers
- Arrival and departure flight/train information
Your cooperation in furnishing this information will ensure a smooth and efficient journey to the Campsite.

Offline Payment Instructions
The instructions below is for those making payment via offline message. These instructions will be emailed as well.
Please note that your registration is not complete until payment(s) is received. If making payments in installments, please follow the instructions below each time a payment is sent or mailed in.
Note: If you need to make changes to your registration, please email events@apostolicfaithse.org and include the Transaction ID for your registration.

Please send your payment (offline) via Check/Money Order or Zelle . Follow the instructions for either payment method detailed below:
Payment via Check/Money Order
- Please make Check/Money Order payable to "Apostolic Faith Mission" in the payment amount.
- Please ensure that your Name & Transaction ID [please check confirmation email for transaction ID] is written in the notes field of the check/money order. This is important as it is the way the event management team knows which account to apply the funds to.

Payment via Zelle
- Please use "afceastco@gmail.com" when entering a send to address in Zelle. The name will come up as Apostolic Faith Mission of Portland Oregon.
- Please ensure that your Name & Transaction ID [please check confirmation email for transaction ID] is written in the notes field within Zelle. This is important as it is the way the event management group knows which account to apply the funds to.
- Please send payment in the payment amount.
Once all your payment(s) is received and posted, you will received an updated invoice via email. Your registration is completed and confirmed.
We advise that payment is sent/made as soon as possible, space is limited and is assigned on a 'first come, first served' basis.
